Dreams was the last store we visited after Bensons for Beds and Sleepright. Both these shops had little to choose from and no one offered their assistance. We didn't find this at all in Dreams. We were acknowledged by staff upon entering the store and Andy assisted us through the whole process of finding the bed we wanted. He was very knowledgeable, showed us the machine to find the right mattress for you and talked us through all the beds and mattresses. He was really helpful, polite and friendly and we ended up getting not only a bed and a mattress, but extended cover, a mattress protector and also pillows! Can't wait for it to arrive, and would definitely recommend Dreams to any friends who were looking for a new bed!

The service was outstanding, Andy from the shop was really helpful and kind, he gave as a very professional service. The store was really clean, they was care about everything. Overall are experience was superb. We can recommend the store anytime. :)
