Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She guided our choice, but left us plenty of time alone to consider the purchase. Pillows with disposable covers were provided and beds sprayed after testing. She also kindly offered us bottled water. The order process was straightforward and clearly explained. We left very happy with our purchase
