Dreams - Lincoln

Andy was extremely welcoming and friendly. He answered every question we had, and was very knowledgeable about everything. He offered us to use the mattress finder machine to help us find the right mattress for us. He gave us all options (eg bed cover, recycling of old beds etc) with no pressure to agree. Overall, fantastic experience and would highly recommend. Thank you Andy (and Natalie who we also spoke to during our visit)

We were Highly satisfied with our recent visit, we were greeted on arrival in store and was given the option of help & advice if needed or we could just browse. We opted for browsing ourselves as we dont like staff to be on our shoulder constantly and were happy to know they were there for advice if needed. Everything was in place to cover the pandemic. We returned to the store a couple of days later after looking online at home and discussing what we had seen in store. We were very happy with the service we received from a lovely polite young lady in the Lincoln store, so thankyou and we cant wait for our delivery.

THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELFUL AND MADE YOU FEEL VERY COMFATABLE AND THERE KNOLEDGE AND ATTITUDE WERE GREAT EXELLENT
