Andy was extremely welcoming and friendly. He answered every question we had, and was very knowledgeable about everything. He offered us to use the mattress finder machine to help us find the right mattress for us. He gave us all options (eg bed cover, recycling of old beds etc) with no pressure to agree. Overall, fantastic experience and would highly recommend. Thank you Andy (and Natalie who we also spoke to during our visit)
