We welcomed on entry into the store. Very prompt service. Hygiene products were available on arrival and positioned to encourage use age. Clear distancing markets in place on the floor but at no time did we feel uncomfortable. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We were asked what our requirements were . We were able to have a mattress assessment. We didn’t feel rushed and were provided with plenty of information to make an informed choice. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase which we appreciate.
