We were greeted on arrival by Amy the store manager. She asked us if we were after anything in particular and she was very helpful with our mattress search. She took us to the machine which calculated our best suited mattresses based on our laying positions. Afterwards she showed us to varying different mattress types and gave us the chance to try them all out. The whole process didn't feel rushed and she was always on hand to answer questions.

Andy was very helpful with assisting my wife when she visited the store earlier in the week. Andy was already dealing with another customer today but we were given the option of waiting for him to be available which was nice however we were happy to be assisted by a different member of your team. Liz was very knowledgeable, friendly and above all patient, even when I did check I was happy with the mattress several times before we placed our order. A really great team you have there who are a real credit to your company. We will definitely use the same store in future.
