Friendly staff , clean showroom . Everything was made as clear as possible. Would like to buy my own mattress finder 😁 Only problem is a two week wait for my new mattress 😔 Great overall experience. Not pushed to buy anything alse extra , just offered the options. One happy customer. Claude

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Elizabeth was really helpful throughout. The issue was a card machine that had stopped working. Elizabeth found a solution for this, it just took a little time. Very happy with the whole atmosphere and level of courteous service. Would recommend. Thank you

Andy our sales person from the Lincoln store, I felt went over and above the service that he gave to us. We were there for almost 2 hours he was patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. The mattress we picked felt amazing and I can not wait to sleep on it. It is only a shame that we have to wait 5 weeks.
