The assistant was not overwhelming and very very helpful with all our questions very polite offer my partner a seat offered water telling us it had all been sanitized clean each bed after trial

The store was very clean and social distancing applied. All Dreams staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. The staff were very knowledgable about the products in the store and the products in the store were clean. Andrew and Amy were exceptional with their knowledge and positivity. They we’re professional throughout, making the whole experience pleasurable. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. If we need any other bedding products we will definitely shop at Dreams again especially at the Lincoln store
