From start to finish, i wasn’t given any babble, the associate was super friendly and welcoming. Asked me what i needed, helped me find exactly what i wanted/needed.. Overall a pleasant experience!

The Staff, who were busy at the time, made a quick approach to me to explain that at the time they were busy at the time of my viewing. That a member would be available as soon as possible. Natasha was very keen to make the sale etc properly explained. She is a very keen and polite also positive member of the team. Regards

This is my 2nd mattress from dreams in under 2 years (purely because we have now got a bigger bed) on both occasions I was assisted in finding the perfect mattress for us and the customer service is spot on.

Once I’ve entered the shop, the assistant straight away came to me, greeted and asked if could help. He was very friendly, helpful and found me the mattress I wanted. Was very happy as once new mattress will be delivered, the old one will be taken away, so won’t need to find someone else to do so. Customer service just amazing, unfortunately can not remember this young guy’s name( blond and as I could see through the mask has beard) but he does perfect job.

We had been to another store to look at beds and as soon as I walked in I didn’t like it , so I was t looking forward to coming into the dream store if I’m honest , but the moment we walked through the door I felt happy , the young man that served us was very knowledgeable he didn’t rush us infact he should have finished at 6 pm but he stayed later to finish the deal with us , which I felt guilty over but he put my mind at rest that he didn’t mind one bit , he was excellent from start to finish , he also knew about all the products , just excellent !!!
