We initially were looking for an item we had seen on the internet. The colleague advised us that this was an online order only but could try beds by the same manufacturer in store. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly and couldn't have made finding a mattress easier.

This is my 2nd mattress from dreams in under 2 years (purely because we have now got a bigger bed) on both occasions I was assisted in finding the perfect mattress for us and the customer service is spot on.

Once I’ve entered the shop, the assistant straight away came to me, greeted and asked if could help. He was very friendly, helpful and found me the mattress I wanted. Was very happy as once new mattress will be delivered, the old one will be taken away, so won’t need to find someone else to do so. Customer service just amazing, unfortunately can not remember this young guy’s name( blond and as I could see through the mask has beard) but he does perfect job.
