Whilst they had a similar product it was more expensive but the salesperson was particularly friendly so walked out of there into your Dreams Store. We were really pleased with the COVID-19 arrangements and felt safe and secure. Amy came to assist us and her product knowledge and advice was exactly what we needed and immediately made us feel much more confident than the person at your competitor. As a result, we viewed the bed we had seen on line and was pleased with the quality and the 3 week delivery timescale together with the options that were explained to us by Amy. We initially were looking for an item we had seen on the internet. The colleague advised us that this was an online order only but could try beds by the same manufacturer in store. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly and couldn't have made finding a mattress easier.
