Amy (store manager) was most helpful and dedicated her time to fully explain the workings of mattresses to ensure to we would arrive at the right decision should we wish to purchase. Felt no pressure to buy at that time but it was our intention to as we felt that an upgrade was needed in our bedroom (mattress only). We viewed the item we required on your website but rather order online we wanted to view the actual item, quality and speak to an advisor so visited the Lincoln Store. Due to the location of the car park in Lincoln we went into Benson for Beds first. Whilst they had a similar product it was more expensive but the salesperson was particularly friendly so walked out of there into your Dreams Store. We were really pleased with the COVID-19 arrangements and felt safe and secure. Amy came to assist us and her product knowledge and advice was exactly what we needed and immediately made us feel much more confident than the person at your competitor. As a result, we viewed the bed we had seen on line and was pleased with the quality and the 3 week delivery timescale together with the options that were explained to us by Amy. All in all we had no hesitation at all in buying our new ottoman bed from you. Lastly and importantly to us we want to thank Amy for an excellent shopping experience especially during such unusual times.
