Dreams - Lincoln

We were measured on the Sleepmatch system and the recommendation was for either a firm or medium firm mattress. The assistant who helped us Natalie, was very pleasant and polite, and encouraged us to try a variety of different mattresses. We eventually made our mind up after being torn between 2 very comfortable mattresses. The process of making the order and getting the old mattress sorted was painless. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone who is in need of a new bed or mattress, you will be very well looked after.

We visited the store in Lincoln on Saturday 5th September and after being completely ignored in Benson For Beds which is next door, we walked through the Door of Dreams to be met by Andy and his enthusiasm was infectious and he made our 2 Children so welcome. We started by picking a Bed frame Headboard and Mattress for our 8 year old daughter, she loved the blow up Mattress selector and Andy made it all about her needs. We then moved on to our needs and after a good couple of hours testing Mattresses and the dilemma of which TV Bed to purchase and at No point did we feel pressured to buy the biggest and most expensive. Andy spent the time to quote us for all the TV beds with all the different Mattresses available, and we finally made our decision and ordered both beds and mattresses which was a lot more than we had Budgeted but felt incredibly relieved we had made the right choice visiting Dreams and would not hesitate to recommend to all our family and friends.
