The colleagues were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The choice of products was excellent and I really liked the computer that surveyed how I slept and then recommended various matresses

We had help from Andy @ the Lincoln Store and he could not have been more helpful. Friendly, funny and down to earth. He knew everything about all the products we looked at and made us feel at ease

We were measured on the Sleepmatch system and the recommendation was for either a firm or medium firm mattress. The assistant who helped us Natalie, was very pleasant and polite, and encouraged us to try a variety of different mattresses. We eventually made our mind up after being torn between 2 very comfortable mattresses. The process of making the order and getting the old mattress sorted was painless. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone who is in need of a new bed or mattress, you will be very well looked after.
