Elizabeth - lincoln store was fantastic - probably the best customer service I have received in a long time Friendly, professional ,‘product knowledge fantastic The right level of humour - a credit to your company!! We work in customer service in a 5* bed and breakfast and we were treated in the manner in which we work !

Elizabeth at Lincoln Dreams made the buying of o new mattress so easy. I have put off buying one for months as thought it would be so complicated. It was really lovely to have someone so helpful. Explaining everything clearly and making suggestions to fit with my requirements. We felt safe (covid19 safe). I will definitely go there in future restored my faith in shopping for goods other than everyday. Thank you Elizabeth

The colleagues were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. The choice of products was excellent and I really liked the computer that surveyed how I slept and then recommended various matresses
