The machine was brilliant at working out the pressure points,which was perfect for me. Andy was very informative, he knew what he was talking about. I tested a 4 beds, the machine chose the correct one. There was no pressure,could take my time to choose, offered a drink. Very good service.

When going into the store we were greeted by the staff. We looked around and then was asked if we needed any help or would like a drink. Andy was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right bed for us. All the guarantees where explained very well and the quote was very quick. When we went back to buy the bed we were seen to quickly. Could not fault the knowledge and customer service shown at Lincoln Dreams

The lady was extremely patient and did not rush our decision. She listened to what we wanted and adapted accordingly

Elizabeth is a credit to Tritton road store Lincoln, we recently visited and ended up ordering our bed and headboard online after our visit, we returned to choose a matress, Elizabeth served us both times and was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable
