We chose a non busy time of the week to visit the store , there was an assistant available nearly straight away , both assistants acknowledged that they knew we were waiting . We were invited to have our sleep position and mattress recommendations by using the machine (can't remember what it was called ) very impressed by it though . We did let Elaine know we had a budget in mind that we wanted to keep to so she only showed us the mattress within our budget , which we really appreciated.

Brilliant service by Natalie, really worked hard for my wife and I to get the correct mattress. She showed us plenty and talked us through everything. She was very knowledgeable and took us through the process step by step.
