From entering the building we was greeted with a very polite lady and man asking if we needed any help and showed us straight away to what we asked for and had great knowledge of the products there. She helped us in every way possible and fast service with no hesitation, we got to test the bed and view it as much as possible before buying. I will defiantly be back in the future

We chose a non busy time of the week to visit the store , there was an assistant available nearly straight away , both assistants acknowledged that they knew we were waiting . We were invited to have our sleep position and mattress recommendations by using the machine (can't remember what it was called ) very impressed by it though . We did let Elaine know we had a budget in mind that we wanted to keep to so she only showed us the mattress within our budget , which we really appreciated.
