The staff were extremely helpful. We hadn't made an appointment, but we were dealt with as soon as the previous customer was dealt with. Other people came in after us and it was explained that we were waiting first. We were able to make use of the mattress machine and the resulting suggestions, along with the knowledge of the sales person resulted in what we think is the perfect mattress

The assistant, Elizabeth, who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I lay on a test bed for 3 minutes, so she had an idea of what I was looking for, and led me to five or six beds which fitted in with my demands.

Natalie was excellent not pushy but knowledgeable and patient. All retail outlets should have a Natalie. We did look elsewhere but she was the most helpful and not pushy. A credit to your company.
