Andy, the store assistant who helped us to make our purchase, was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Even with masks and screens in place the entire process was very friendly and reassuring. I loved the ‘analytical bed‘, which helped us to choose exactly the bed that we needed. The one that we eventually picked is so comfy! It was a little expensive but so worth it! I can’t wait to sleep on it, but wait I must, as we need to decorate the bedroom first and install a new carpet. We were therefore delighted to learn that Dreams can hold back our delivery date if we need another couple of days to get the bedroom ready. We were very impressed by the quality of the products that we bought ( once we tried them, we simply had to have those pillows!), and very pleased to learn that our old mattress will be taken away and recycled. Andy made us lots of great offers including aftercare, and we walked away very happy. Impossible to find fault, from start to finish.
