The member of staff that served us was extremely knowledgable on all of the products available and gave us some very professional advice. She was very pleasant and allowed us as much time as we needed to make our decision on what to purchase. The sleep machine is an excellent starting point in what was an enjoyable experience.

Elizabeth at the Lincoln store took her time explaining all the options to us. We were not hassled and allowed to browse at our leisure. She explained all the different types of mattresses to help us sleep better. Thank you.

Liz our assistant was superb, Dream’s was the 1st shop we visited in our search for a new mattress and we had no idea where to start. We are not people to rush into things and it rubs us up the wrong way when sales staff are pushy. Liz was superb she was not pushy she was informative cheerful and patient. We asked for the info written on the mattress we were most drawn to and asked it it would be ok to get back to her as I said we do not rush into long term purchases. She was very understanding which actually helped your company get the sale as we did not feel pushed into rushing. We called liz a hour or two later after having a little further look about and made the purchase with her over the phone. Helpful knowledgeable staff that are cheerful and not pushy will gain you so many sales. Liz was awesome.

Nat, Elizabeth and their third colleague, a lady who’s name I am embarrassed to say I have forgotten, were all excellent in the way they provided accurate information and support during my purchase. They were keen to serve but also not pushy in the slightest. I am very aware of the Covid situation and was very pleased to see they all took it seriously and were discreetly cleaning surfaces after each one had been used and the customer had moved on.
