Served by young man called Andrew who was very helpful he was very compadent and gave me good service, I needed bed with cooling mattress for my husband who has server eczema ,Andrew gave me plenty of time to choose the bed and was very helpful

The sales assistant was friendly but not over domineering , he had product knowledge and answered all my questions we purchased a bed which was our objective

This is the second time we have purchased a mattress from Dreams in the last few months. We returned this time because we were highly satisfied with our experience last time. We were given an excellent welcome into the store and allowed to browse at our leisure. When we asked for assistance it was immediately given in a very friendly manner. The delivery date was advised to us and the mattress arrived on time and the delivery was handled by a very friendly young man. All in all, a very satisfactory transaction. Thank you.
