The staff were friendly and helpful with plenty of informative advice, we returned to the store before closing and ended up placing and order after visiting other stores to get the best possible price for the product we were looking for.

From the moment I walked into the Lincoln store, the whole process of selecting and buying my bed was a great shopping experience. I made 2 visits, the same assistant was available for both. Once I explained what I was looking for Amy was great, pointing out the different products and explaining the service that would be supplied, delivery, assembly etc. All covid safety features were in place. I was offered a bottle of water to drink on each visit, which was helpful too. Delivery time, and insurances all in place ready for me moving into my new flat.

No hard sell just knowledgeable staff. Having spent an hour with Amy we told her as this was our first store to visit we wanted to look else just for comparison and she was totally understanding. Having gone into your competitor next door myself and my husband knew straightaway that we wanted to place our order with Dreams as I didn’t have the same confidence in their staff

Andy and Elizabeth were both helpful and knowledgeable on my visits to the store. Neither were pushy and both took the time to answer my questions. We visited later in the evening which meant they had the time to discuss our needs without the pressure of trying to serve to many people at once. It was a pleasure to chat with them before finally making a purchase.
