We were welcomed when we entered the shop given time to look around all our questions were answered by the friendly salesman who certainly new his job. A good experience.

Staff very attentive. Andy especially, he was very helpful informative and welcoming but not pushy! He went through lots of options with us and gave us lots of information, gave us time to decide and was very helpful when completing our purchase. He even gave our 7 month old a book to keep him occupied as we was probably in store for an hour or more! Andy is an asset to your store! Thank you.

Andrew was very helpful in helping us choose a mattress. He took time to listen and understand our needs in relation to choosing the right mattress. Andrew gave us quality information in relation to the different types of mattress which enabled us to choose the right mattress for our needs. Andrew is an asset to the company.

We were greeted straight away when we entered the store by Liz at the Lincoln branch. She was so helpful and took us through step by step to find a bed that suited me and my partner.
