Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs.

Social distancing and hand sanitizer were on hand in abundance and even bottled water for customers was a nice touch. We saw what we wanted and we approached Amy the store manager who was more than willing to help and advise. We eventually placed the order and found Amy very helpful and above all friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation to go back to Dreams Lincoln in the future even just to pop in and say Hello to Amy.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My partner and I went to the store to get a matress, bed frame, duvet and pillows as we wanted to move upto a king size. I had no clue what mattress i needed or my partner needed but the staff member (Elizabeth @ Lincoln) ensured they found the right one for us...which she did. We walked away having bought a bed frame, mattress and duvet. The pillows were on the expensive side along with everything else, we decided to shop for those elsewhere. Was a great shopping experiance though!
