Andy, Liz and Amy were fantastic. Very friendly, very patient, knowledgeable and not Too pushy. A first class service throughout. We visited 3 times before ordering and Andy was brilliant throughout. He had an excellent manner which was why we returned.

Andy served us and he was very knowledgeable and respectful as my adult son is sight impaired. He was very polite and interested in getting the right mattress for my son. He took all the stress out of finding the right mattress. A credit to Dreams!

The assistant Andy was highly knowledgeable in what dreams had to offer, he asked appropriate questions to determine the best mattress and bed for us. He gave us plenty of time to get a feeling for the mattresses we were trying, asked thoughtful questions to help determine how and why we liked or disliked a certain mattress to get to the one

Elaine was fantastic. Never pressured us and didn't jump on us as soon as we entered the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly

We found the bed we wanted, the mattress we wanted and the duvet we wanted all for a great price, Liz was really helpful in showing us the best mattresses for us and we then found the perfect one which when we both layed down on it both had the same positive reaction. Liz was helpful finding us the right size of bed to fit in our small space. She was Great

Elizabeth served us and we found her to be extremely knowledgeable listening carefully to our likes and dislikes. She found three mattresses straight away all of which were ideal for us. We were very impressed with the service.
