Andy had a wide range of product knowledge. Once advised of our requirements he gave a range of options to meet these. He offered water and took time to answer our questions

My partner and I had no idea what we needed. When we came to Dreams, Andy was very friendly and was able to help us find the right bed for us. Andy made us feel at ease and it was very easy to talk to him, we had a good laugh. Thank you 😊

The member of staff, Andy, who dealt with our order was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and able to answer our questions. It was reassuring the amount of trouble taken to sanitise everything, including the card machine. For us this purchase was a big outlay, but the experience was a really good one and we would recommend anyone to visit Dreams.

We called in late in the day to view some beds with the intention of just fact finding for now. Andy the sales advisor could not have done more. We spent time looking at a sofa bed but decided to think about that further. We browsed various beds as we thought we wanted a Hypnos. Andy explained they were exclusive to premier Inn. We then accidentally tested the Tempur mattress and were blown away. We spent time looking at the 3 different firmness and subsequently bases and headboards and colours. Andy even worked beyond his duty in that the store closed at 8pm and we left at 8. 15 having secure our next bed. Very impressed withe the product and Andys knowledge patience and professionalism
