Dreams - Lincoln

We had an appointment at Lincoln Dreams Saturday 22 May 2021. As soon as we walked in everyone was exceedingly friendly, professional and welcoming. Andy was the gentleman who looked after us. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful & friendly, a great personality. Andy explained the Sleepmatch Machine process. Andy then offered us a bottle of water & pillows then proceeded to match us to the perfect mattress. The mattress we chose was the 3rd one out of 4 we tried, that's how good Andy was at matching us to the perfect mattress. The knowledge & of all the products astounded us. He genuinely wanted us to find the perfect mattress & listened to our requirements & comments. Andy explained all aspects of each mattress, structure, materials etc. He is a credit to Dreams & would recommend any of our friends see him due to his extensive knowledge & helpfulness.

We visited dreams twice to look for mattresses and on both times the service was outstanding. Andy from the Lincoln store was amazing, chatty and looked after us so well. He was interested in us and making sure that we got the right mattress for us. When we went back in the second time he was there again and immediately recognised us and was so warm and welcoming. We purchased a mattress and a set of pillows and we will be highly recommending dreams to our friends and family! Cannot recommend enough, and we are so excited for our new mattress to arrive.

We booked an appointment to use the bed matching service. We’re welcomed to the store by a really nice guy called Andy. He took us through the whole process fully explaining everything. He showed us the beds recommended, offered to move mattresses to other bases to ensure we were completely happy with our choice. We have purchased a bed we were delighted with and even better the delivery time quoted is only 5 weeks which is much better than I expected. Andy did a great job, was really personable throughout especially as we could see he was in a lot of pain with an injury in his back. Really can’t rate him highly enough. Came away very satisfied that we’d had the time to consider choices, presented with enough to try and found one that really suits

We always use Dreams for our Beds and always receive excellent service from the stores we visit and the Lincoln store is the best yet . so a big THANK YOU to Elaine.

Our assistant Liz was very friendly and helpful and was very patient with us. She had very good knowledge of the products and gave us good advice.

The woman who served me in the Lincoln shop was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. She was there to assist me when I needed it but also gave me space to try out the products and get a feel for them at my own pace.
