Very helpful in working out what type of mattress would suit us best

Amy who served us was amazing, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient as It was my parents who needed a new mattress and Amy was really really lovely. Very chatty and we were not rushed at all. Very impressed.

We were asked what we were looking for & then shown the options, we were assisted & helped but not pressured which I really liked.

My partner and I are moving into our first flat and popped in to the Lincoln store just to have a browse and get an idea of beds. Elaine welcomed us and offered the ‘smart’ bed simulation service, which we tried and then tested the options. Elaine was fantastic, so knowledgable and well informed. We didn’t feel any pressure to sway towards the more expensive products as you often do when buying furnishings etc, Elaine gave fair and honest opinions on each mattress. We settled on the Flaxby mattress (DREAMY!!) - it was quite over what we originally planned to spend but we were very impressed by the whole experience and saw how different a decent mattress felt. We were gently warned that the delivery is usually 5/6 weeks, however Elaine managed to get us booked in for less than 3 weeks which is perfect! Overall, we were super pleased with our purchase and Elaine made the whole experience a pleasure.

The young lady was highly knowledgeable and guided us to make a better decision that what we first thought. We couldn’t believe the savings on offer and the free delivery. All of the assistants at the desks were extremely friendly and pleasant. We were offered a bottle of water and my son was stood outside with the dog and even she was allowed in store. Considering the fact that we had only talked about a new mattress that morning we were extremely impressed. So much so that I have already recommended the Lincoln store to a very good friend. Will definitely be using u again.
