We initially visited your Lincoln store along with a number of your competitors. We were impressed with the store layout, the products on offer and above all, the expert help we received from Amy. At the time of our visit we were not in a position to make a purchase as we had other issues to attend to first. Amy kindly prepared a detailed quotation for us and as a direct result of her attentive professionalism we contacted her to place our order as soon as we were in a position to do so. Yes, we placed our order by phone but this would not have happened if it we had not had that initial successful experience.

I think it was Elizabeth, but apologies if I got that wrong, she was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. I was pretty sure I would need the tempura mattress but she showed me others first and allowed me all the time I needed. She was very helpful with my choice of frame and answered all of my questions. I've already recommended you to a friend because of her great service.

The customer support executive Elaine, at the Lincoln Valentine Retail Park shop, helped us very much in finding the right type of mattress. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us. She showed all the different mattresses recommended by the sleep match machine. She helped us choose the mattress too. We have to see how good this mattress is in reality. I will recommend her highly.
