I was satisfied mostly but on arrival into the store there did seem to be a lot of staff standing behind 2 desks, it took a while for someone to come and talk to us! The lady who spoke to us had some product knowledge but not a great deal as the store had only just opened, she did say she was the assistant manager so surely she would of been well trained before opening! We also spoke to another lady she told us we get 50% off pillows if we purchase a bed when we came to paying it was only 50% off the cheapest pillows of which we did not want, this was sorted as we managed to get some kind of discount on them in the end. There was only 2 computers so placing the order took a while as the staff member had to wait for a computer to come free.

I emphasized my expected delivery date i person, the store was not too busy however the lady still put a wrong date - one week before the right date. I think the lady didn’t pay full attention whilst processing my order .

Having specifically asked whether the mattress we bought would fit our bed as it would have to go under a headboard which takes a standard height mattress only, we were assured what we were buying was just that. On delivery and when I have come to put the mattress on the bed it is nearly double the size of our previous standard mattress. Therefore I would like a refund as I believe I have been missold the product.

The store was extremely cold due to a heating fault, it didn't make choosing the bed experience enjoyable would like to highly praise Amy though for making a brew to warm us up!

The staff could not have been more helpful in store. Andy was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We are now forced to sleep on a firm mattress as we are in a one bedroom lodge
