The shop assistant (same in all bed shops) always ask if you need any help as soon as you go in. I say "not at the moment, just browsing for now", they say "that's fine, just shout if you have any questions". Then within 2 minutes, they spot you trying a particular bed and they pounce. Ooh, what do you think of this one?, have you thought of this type of mattress? and before you know it you're being corralled towards the most expensive thing in the shop!! When I say I don't want help, leave me alone, I really will come and find you when I need help.

Initally on first visit very keen but not so enthusiastic on return visit. The charges for delivery and installation are extortionate.

The gentleman who placed our order was very misleading with part of our purchase. He said he could throw in some cushions (we actually never asked for or needed!) but then charged these on top of our order. Also a blonde member of staff, stood close by made us as a couple feel very uneasy! She stood staring at us the entire time while placing the order! To the point we nearly didn’t! Will never return to this store!

When I placed the order I was misinformed over the depth of the mattress and it’s compatibility with the mid sleeper. I therefore cancelled the bed order, however after discussing it with my husband we decided to reorder the bed and place a further order on a shallower mattress. I was told my refund when I’d cancelled the bed would appear back in my account in a couple of working days, but still a week on and no money. This has left me quite frustrated. I have also had confusing emails regards the delivery date of bed. Having confirmed Tuesday 8th January I have received an email saying it will be delivered Monday 7th January!!

I think due to the fact i placed an order over£500 the delivery should be free but as i work away and delivery needed to be a saturday i was charged
