We were very satisfied, Reece offered us tea and coffee, the showroom was well presented and Reece gave us the right about of time. The only thing that could have been improved was the look and feel or the store, it felt quite dated and needed a refresh. There was a pile of matresses piled up by the entrance (not sure if they were new or old as they were all in green bags) but didn't look great as a first impression. The lincoln store we shopped in has very little competition in the area so this may not affect it too much but could be something to work on in other areas of the country (presuming all stores are a similar standard)

The entrance to the store boldly advertised last day of half price sale yet few items were half price. We needed a new mattress and we travelled a fair distance to Dreams based on reputation. But I was not that impressed.

The staff were knowledgeable about the products, and were quick and easy to deal with.

The Team and everything else at dreams was great it was just the time scale from ordering to delivery that was all.

The King size bed kept being mentioned despite saying i didnt have the space for it. Other than that it was good and staff were very friendly. Felt a bit of pressure to purchase there and then as was conscious the offer ended on 08/11 only to find the next day it has been extended

We couldn't see the product we wished to order as it wasn't in the branch. The staff were very helpful and rang another store to find out things.
