I had already got an idea of what I wanted but the Dreams colleague was fantastic and I soon realised what I wanted and what I needed was quite different. The colleague was very patient and knowledgeable.

The assistant, Andy, was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and so friendly. At no time did we feel rushed which is very important to us.

Andy at the Lincoln store was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and took time to understand our needs. He showed us several different beds and allowed us a long time to test each one several times.

The member of staff who helped us, Andy, was proactive and very welcoming. He made us feel comfortable and we had a good shopping experience thanks to him.

When we entered the store, we were pleased that we were not leapt upon by high pressure people. we asked for help, and Amy came to us. She was very polite- knew what she was talking about, and guided us gently through our requirements. It was a pleasure to find someone who knew her products without trying to push us in one direction. We came away fully satisfied with our purchase.

Our advisor Natalie was very helpful & informative but gave us time to consider options without making us feeling under pressure. She was brilliant
