called at dreams lincoln to view electric operated bed as i have spinal problems . the staff member reece explained every detail in a exellent manner i was so pleased i placed an order and paid now awaiting delivery i most certainly will recommend dreams to my friends thank you.

New store yet friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Swift finding out what we needed and swift purchase. Only complaint is that we have to wait for almost two weeks to have our lovely new bed delivered.

I was given a pillow as close to the kind I have at home to try all the different mattresses. Apparently that makes a big difference to how the mattresses feel. I was also given a cup of tea, and could take all the time I needed to select the right product. There was no salesman trying to persuade me to the most expensive option

Reece approached me to see what I was looking for [mattress only], went through the various grades/colour codes of the types of matresses. Encouraged me to have a lie down and brought pillows to match those I have at home to get a valid/full experience of the matress. Fully explained the 'Bed Cover' plan, use of matress protector, delivery charge and disposal of old matress charge and procedure. Successfully loaded purchase on to the system, provided printed copies of my transaction and advised that I would also receive a copy via email. Found me the earliest possible delivery date [15/07] and explained the advising of actual time of delivery system. I was offered a cup of tea/coffee [which I declined having only just come from Costa Coffee] several times through out the whole period. Overall a highly satisfactory and stress free purchase. Thank you. I will most definitely be telling all friends about my experience.

Whilst on the test bed too much noise from other staff and customers so did not hear the request to change to normal sleeping position. Mentioned it to staff and told it happens.
