Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Provided 3 small children with colouring packs & biscuits which allowed us to focus on our purchase.

Elizabeth the colleague who looked after us on our visit to Dreams in Lincoln, was very forthcoming with information and came up with lots of ideas suggesting different things, to help us make our choice.

We were given a clear indication of how the beds on show were graded using the colour code method which was extremely useful. Your employee (Ian) spent time trying to understand our requirements which then helped him to direct us to the most appropriate mattress. Also provided pillows to help get a better idea of the comfort level of the mattress.

The staff at the Lincoln store were very knowledgeable and helpful without being 'pushy' they spent considerable time answering our endless questions, offered us a drink while we perused the store especially Elizabeth the assistant who served us and also Chayla who served us after we had been away to think about our future purchase and was as helpful when we had changed our mind about the matrass and decided on a different one!

The assistant who dealt with us was very efficient and friendly which means a lot to me.

I purchased a TV bed the Sales Consultant advised me greatly, the speakers on the bed werent wired in for me to try so she went above and beyond expectation to get them working. Her product knowledge was second to none
