The sales person was very pleasant made us feel valued as a customer

Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made sevaral recommendations but was not hard sell we felt no pressure to purchase from her.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products available and was able to give sound and sensible advice. She did not push one particular product over another simply because the first was more expensive. When we entered the ordering process, she was also very efficient and well organised.

The assistant Reece ( Lincoln store) was very helpful and friendly with good knowledge of the products, easy to talk to also. I was made a cup of tea by other staff and they were just good decent friendly people. No complaints , made to feel at home.

The assistant, Elizabeth was very polite and helpful. We were shopping with young children which is never easy & she was very understanding. I have had an accident and was in hospital because I have hurt my back, I was really reassured to hear that the mattress has a 40 day trial period so I can ensure I get a mattress I will be comfortable on. We were so pleased that we ordered the frame and head board.

Very good friendly & efficient service. Showed us all our options whilst not pushing us towards a particluar item or price. Tea & biscuits also provided!

We were made welcome and asked if my wife and I would like tea or coffee while we took our time looking at mattresses ,we were asked if we needed help and then left to look on our own,so not pressurised at all, very good service.

Kevin and Reece at the Lincoln were highly knowledgeable about the mattress we ordered and Kevin had the mattress on his own bed x all the staff were lovely and we even had tea and biscuits whilst the purchase was made x

The assistant Elizabeth was very helpful and also offered coffee.
