Andy at the Lincoln branch is a credit to his job. Very knowledgeable, gives information and allows the customer to make the decision. Very thorough going through the pricing and gave us some in shop discounts. Really happy with the quality of the service.

I have complex health issues and have always struggled to find a mattress to suit my needs. When visiting the Lincoln store I felt reassured by Elaines advice, there were many options and we did not at all feel pressured to choose regardless of the new guidelines to social distance and sanitise products. Elaines service was outstanding, she was kind and compassionate and was able to offer me a product she suggested would fit my medical needs. With Elaines fantastic product knowledge, we were able to purchase a mattress and pillows to suit us both. We spent £1750 in store and felt no pressure to do so, we were offered every payment option available (although we paid in full). I would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family, for fast reliable, no pressure sales advice….. great products and very sanitary. Thank you Ms Rebecca Doogan

Good colleagues, good service, good product, good jokes

No pressure, Andy (Dreams salesman) very knowledgeable, professional and polite, products were excellent quality, bed analysis worked well and overall a pleasant experience.

Attended the store after first visiting another bed store next door, I was apprehensive about visiting Dreams due to believing it'll be expensive but as the other store was useless, I went to see what Dreams had to offer. Excellent decision, we were immediately approached by a lovely sales lady Elizabeth who assisted us with the smart bed match, following which she showed us a few mattresses that were recommended however we actually went with a mattress that she recommended based on her knowledge and listening to my long list of wants. She has given us a lot of time and we left the store having purchased a new bed, mattress and new pillows too.

Andy who assisted us, was very knowledgeable and offered such a high level of customer service. He related with us and drew from his own personal experience. Answered all of our questions, and tried to make the process as easy and fun as possible. When we returned the next day, Elizabeth processed our order, was very kind and demonstrated the loyalty amongst the team that Andy had mentioned making us feel like we were dealing with good people who really cared about our interests and offering us a good customer service. The people we dealt with were the highlight of the whole experience and it is very much appreciated.

The assistant was helpful but not pushy. She offered advice on products but allowed us to make our own decisions. My elderly Mum struggles with her mobility but the assistant was patient and allowed her the time she needed.
