The staff made us feel really comfortable encouraged us to try the beds for comfort, this is the first time when buying a bed we have felt at ease to try numerous beds and was given good advise from elizabeth

Your colleague Elizabeth made my wife and I very comfortable purchasing a bed due to her relaxed and friendly approach and product knowledge. Elizabeth obviously understands people very well and to be honest is probably the main reason I made the purchase. I don't know a lot about beds but know what I like and we were given the opportunity to make the desired selection. We had lined up about five different outlets to visit, you're was the first we visited and didn't feel the need to go elsewhere.

The assistant quickly understood exactly what I wanted. She made appropriate suggestions. I was able to make my purchase quickly. I had visited briefly the previous week. I think it was a different assistant. She was also helpful. She was not pushy. (We visited a different store last week. They mistook my 9 year old son for a girl. I've no problem with that but it was odd when she explained it was because he was so pretty!)

We got the item we are looking for, the sales assistant helped us find the right product and listened to us.
