Reece was Great helping us choose the correct mattresses for the frames we have also purchases from Dreams. They offered price match and also advised of military discount. The only downside is that there was not very much choice in wooden bed frames. However i still did buy 2 of your current bed frames. . We wasn't aware that Dreams iffered military discount which is always a bonus for military families. Since learning this i have updated the military discount websitr stating Dreams offers 10% discounts. We'll done Dreams 😀

Walked in the store just to take a look around for a new mattress, Elizabeth approached us and offered to help us ........ Nothing was too much trouble while we "bed hopped" trying the mattresses,even fetching different pillows for us! Gave us lots of information about the different products which helped us makes our decision. Was very professional but also friendly as we're all the staff there

I visited the Dreams store in Lincoln twice, both times I was approached straight away and the associates were very friendly. When I went to buy the mattresses I had originally seen, they were no longer available at half price. I was going to wait until your January sales.Amy took time to explain that the Kendal mattress was made in the same way and was the same price as I had originally seen. I purchased two beds, one a double and one a super kingsize. I would say if Amy hadn't been so helpful I would not have purchased that day.My daughter also bought a mattress in your Reading branch on my recommendation.

The two assistance Chayla and Elizabeth were very helpful Could not fault there help and knowledge Elizabeth helped us first and then after discussing the mattresses, Elizabeth was helping someone else. Chayla took over our purchases. But both were excellent

We knew roughly what we wanted, explained it to the colleague who directed us to the appropriate selection, we made our mind up very quickly, this was down to the ability of the colleague who was able to filter out the goods that would not suit us. Very easy choice for us to make.

the customer assistant Elizabeth was knowledgeable and gave us relevant advice. She was polite and gave great customer care thank you.

When we arrived at the store we had no idea at all what we wanted other than 'a mattress' and the assistant was able to guide us through the different types of mattress enabling us to make a choice
