Identified the product I was looking for and was impressed with the level of knowledge and assistance of the assistant. Price matched item with competitor.

I visited the store to buy a mattress, and the assistant (Reece) was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. I mentioned that I have more problems with neck and shoulder pains, rather than back pains, and I told him I'd tried several different pillows over the years. He instantly recommended one to me which has been absolutely fantastic and I've subsequently been back to the store to thank him. Also, a couple of days later I changed my order and the girl who dealt with that was also very amiable (I don't know her name). So all in all, I was very happy with the service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams to others. Also, I changed my order the next day
