We waited for a good deal in the Christmas sale plus free delivery.

Friendly assistance with excellent choice of beds. Good information of my chosen bed. Very satisfied with the price and ease of setting up the order. All options and extras were explained. Overall very pleased.

The staff were courtious and friendly. They were not in you face while looking at the stock. Very please with the overall ambience of the store.

A lovelly well stocked store with a great layout. The two sales colleagues Elizabeth and Amy were some of the finest i,ve ever encountered, and at 65 years old i,ve encountered quite a few! They were polite,unobtrusive,helpful,knowledgeable and very patient. They were also very professional and made my visit which lasted about an hour and a half a most enjoyable and productive afternoon. Staff were attentive and helfpul, without being pushy. We felt that we were being assited and advised in our purchase and not being ushed into a sale. we were treated with friendliness and courtesy throught our visit and not rushed into a decision.
