Í was allowed to try as many beds as I liked, I was also given a pillow close to the one I use at home to make it better to get the right feel for the mattress. The young Assistant Elizabeth was friendly, helpful and knew what she was talking about,I was also offered a hot drink while waiting for everything to be processed, overall a good experience

The store was clean and tidy. The stock was displayed well. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only thing I would query is the knowledge of the staff as one had to ask the other if a single bed was the same length as a double bed. The other member of staff had to stop and consider their reply before stating correctly that they were both 6'3" long.
