The staff were helpful but not pushy, this helped us relax. We visited twice and had the same experience each time.

Elizabeth and Reece in the Lincoln store were extremely helpful They were both knowledgeable, guided us through our choices, but were in no way overpowering, just extremely professional.

The service provided by Amy was excellent. She explained everything then left us to browse and try out beds for as long as we needed. There was no pressure selling. We even recieved a cup of tea while we deliberated. Excellent service.

Staff (Chayla) very helpful and polite but not pushy.

As soon as I walked into the store I was met with a very friendly smile. I explained what sort of mattress I was considering buying and was shown a variety of mattresses. When I finally made my choice the shop assistant (Chayla) took my order quickly and very professionally. All in all a very easy and pleasant time in Dreams at Lincoln. Will definitely be my first port of call next time I need another mattress.

We were served by Reece who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and gave us all of the time we needed to select the right mattress for us. At no point did he rush us or hassle us to decide on the purchase but was thorough in answering our questions. The other 2 assistants in the store (one of whom appeared to be the manager) were also very friendly and helpful. The whole purchase was completed in a friendly and good humoured manner, very relaxed.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the dreams shop. My assistant was Amy who gave me all the information that I required to get the right mattress required.
