I was given plenty of time to try the mattress and make my decision.

Served by Reece who was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being at all 'pushy'. Store very well laid out and welcoming. Not rushed at all during visit and, after listening to Reece's advice, left to make our own decision in our own time. Will recommend others to visit Dreams.

We were able with good advice to purchase the mattress we wanted at a reasonable price and delivery on a suitable day. Staff were helpful and attentive, but not intrusive. Time was not issue - we were even offered coffee.thankyou.

Our assistant, Ian, was very knowledgeable and explained the items on sale in great detail. He was very professional. We are very pleased we visited the store.

The assistants were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable but Chayla was exceptional. We had struggled with ordering from the web-site due to the inability to check dimensions of the size of sofabed required but Chayla placed the order on our behalf with ease and made the process so much easier and quicker. We are very pleased with the purchase and hope that the delivery, the product and after sales service is as good as the ordering process.

I explained to both Chayla & Amy of my requirements and they both went through all the various options. Both gave detailed explanation to all the products, particulary when it came to the various mattress on offer. I was offered tea or coffee by both and was told I could take as long as I wished to look around and test the various mattresses. I felt at no time was I under any pressure to make a purchase. And they was always on hand to answer any question that I had.
