Dreams - Lincoln

Ordering our new bed from Dreams couldn't have been easier. The sales assistant was knowledgeable on the products, was quick to understand our needs and advised accordingly. Ordering was a quick and simple process. Being able to specify the delivery date at the time of ordering was very helpful.

We were not quite sure where to start when it came to decide what type of mattress we needed. Elizabeth (from the Lincoln store) was very good at explaining the differences between several mattresses. She gave us some advice and allowed us plenty of time to try different mattresses. She even mentioned what we could get a discount for being in the Arm Forces. That was a pleasant surprise and really nice of Dreams to do that. So Thanks a lot.

After seeing a bed I liked online, but being unable to get a delivery date as far in advance as I was looking for, I went into the Lincoln store and saw a bed I liked better! Reece put everything through and I got the delivery date I was after

When I walked into the store, the colleague came up to me and was very friendly and helpful, I asked what I was looking for and he showed me the options and told me the best wy to determine what was best was to lie down on the bed with a pillow of the same kind, so he brought a pillow over to me. He told me the differences between the four different beds that I tried. He was super friendly and helpful. His name is Reece and he made the shopping experience very pleasant.

Because the vendor was very efficient, exhaustive and at the same time was not pushing or pressing.
