The staff were very knowledgeable of the products. Staff were very aware of my needs, patient and accommodating. The store was well laid out with plenty of room for wheelchairs.

On visiting Dreams Lincoln today we saw that the store was clean and well presented We were soon welcomed to the store by a young man called Ian A tempur mattress had been recommended to me because of my back problems His helpfulness & knowledge soon became apparent, he went through the full range and also showed us the tempur pillows We decided to purchase a mattress & pillows in which our order was processed very quickly We are now looking forward to receiving our order on Thursday 16th Would definitely recommend this store to family and friends
