Dreams - Lincoln

I was greeted by Liz the first day and Andy on the second day. Both of them were very helpful from the time we entered until we left the store, to help me choose the bed/pillows I liked and wanted, keeping in mind my preferences.

Andy who served me was amazing! He built up a brilliant rapport with us and I felt like he really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted and made us feel really comfortable and was super personable. Although the application process itself is quite lengthy, Andy made it effortless and relaxed and completely stress free

We were impressed as soon as we entered the store. It was very clean and well spaced out. Our assistant Andy was very knowledgeable about mattresses and helped us choose the correct one for us without going over the top trying to sell us the most expensive one in the shop. He asked us our budget and proceeded to show us the ones in our range. This meant a lot to us and we will certainly be recommending Dreams to others.

I like to just browse and do my own thing when I first arrive in a shop like Dreams which the staff accommodated, which I appreciated. But Elaine came over after I'd tried a few mattresses and asked me about my needs and what I was looking for. She offered to help me with choosing the right mattress with the Sleepmatch, which I actually found very helpful, even if I did giggle the whole way through. Elaine understood what I needed from our chat and the Sleepmatch suggestions and this helped me try out some options I hadn't previously considered. She also gave me a pillow to try with which was great. We ultimately went for a choice that I'd tried by myself but all of her suggestions were great and very helpful for me to consider.

Andy was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient with me, very pleased with the service.
