Amy was brilliant, didn't pressure me, was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Having greeted us on arrival, Ian explained the options we could look at to purchase a kingsieze divan,pointing out to us the different grades of the beds available. Having offered us a coffee, before leaving us to test the firmness of the beds, we were able to test out the mattresses. After touring around the show room, looking at the different types of mattresses, price and makes, he was then on hand to welcome any questions we might have. After discussion we decided on the headboard, colour and shape plus the colour of the divan base. Again we looked at other beds, before deciding on our purchase. After providing us with coffee, we completed the purchase form requirements, which were clearly explained to us. Offers of pillows, collections of old bed and the extra warranty were explained and offered. We left happy with a mattress cover in case we wish to take a change of firmness of the

I went looking for a mattress with my wife. Shopping for anything with her usually means multiple visits to multiple shops. But dreams was the first and only place we went and she was happy with the choice and value so we made a purchase within 15 minutes.

The store was well laid out, bright and the products were well displayed. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were encouraged to try out the beds/mattresses and were offered pillows to add to the overall experience of lying down..
