The bed that I wanted wasn't in stock for a while so a member of staff took down my details and said they would call me as soon as it was avalible to order, true to there word the day it be came avalible they called and I went in the same day to order. Very helpful staff.

We bought from the Lincoln store and the reason for our outstanding visit was because of your sale person Amy. Over the years I have come to dislike sales people, they are either too pushy or uninterested in helping you. Amy has changed my view of sales people, she was very helpful, showed us the mattress,(the one we asked for, sometimes sales people try to sell you what they want you to buy), she was very knowledgeable about the product, she left us alone to talk about the purchase and offered us a drink. She was very warm and friendly without being over familiar and extremely professional. We felt so trusting of Amy we asked her advise on buying a bed for my son in addition to the mattress (something we hadn't planned on buying), she gave us good clear advise on what was best and my husband and I felt so reassured we bought it. I never give feed back on this sort of website but felt someone should know what a valuable asset, you at Dreams, have in Amy. We were just browsing but because of good customer relations we did what we never do and bought there and then. If there is any feedback to Amy about this please say hello from us, Louise and Dean.

Good information fro staff friendly and approachable.

The whole experience was excellent. From the moment we stepped into the shop. Charla' sin depth knowledge of every item was outstanding and could not have been more helpful. Fantastic range of products. I only wish we lived in a bigger house and would then have been able to buy more beds. Thank you Dreams.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (Ian and Reece) was beyond reproach. Ian was informative and helpful without being at all pushy. On our first visit to browse Ian offered coffee! Subsequently returning the following day, Reese was kind enough to make us a coffee each while we were confirming our order. It was generally a nice, relaxed and customer-centric atmosphere during all of our dealings within store.

very approachable and friendly staff. Helped when I couldn't decide what I wanted and waited patiently. Would have preferred all of the furniture to be available in the showroom though as this would have helped with my decision making.
